I Got an Error When Clicking the Gifting Link

In rare cases, you may see an error message after clicking a gifting link. This doesn’t always mean the transfer failed—sometimes the item is still successfully applied to your account.


What to Do


1) Check Your RSI Hangar


Log into your RSI account and go to My Hangar.

  • If the ship/item is listed there, then it was successfully attributed and no further action is needed.


2) If It’s Not There, Contact Us


If you do not see the ship/item in My Hangar, please contact us so we can investigate and make it right.


Notes / Tips


An error message is usually harmless—always verify by checking My Hangar. If the item isn’t there, reach out to support for assistance.
