I have multiple Star Citizen accounts, is that a problem?

Overview


Having multiple Star Citizen (RSI) accounts will not cause an issue on our end. However, it’s important to take extra care when redeeming a gifting link to ensure your purchase is applied to the correct account.


Important: Make Sure You’re Logged Into the Right Account


Before clicking the gifting link, confirm you are signed into the RSI account where you want the ship/item attributed.


How to Check


  1. Open a new tab in the same browser session.

  2. Visit the RSI website

  3. Verify which account is currently logged in.


Extra Safety Options


To avoid redeeming to the wrong account, you can also:


  • Log out of all RSI accounts before clicking the gifting link, then log into the correct one first, or

  • Open the gifting link in an incognito/private browsing window and log into the correct account there.


Notes / Tips


Multiple accounts are fine—but the gifting link applies to whichever RSI account is logged in at the time. Always verify you’re signed into the correct account before redeeming.
