If you purchased a CCU’d ship or vehicle from us and believe you received the wrong item—or don’t see your ship right away—this is usually due to how the RSI gifting system displays upgraded pledges.


Why the Gifting Email May Look Wrong


For CCU’d ships/vehicles, the gifting email from CIG typically shows the base ship/pledge, not the final upgraded ship. This base pledge is the “token” that was upgraded into the ship/vehicle you ordered. This is a known quirk of the RSI gifting system.


How to Confirm You Received the Correct Ship


  1. Click CLAIM GIFT in the gifting email.
  2. Go to the RSI website and open My Hangar.
  3. Look for the pledge shown in the email (the base ship/pledge).
    • It may be several pages back, not necessarily at the top of your hangar list.
  4. Expand the pledge details.

 

You should then see the upgraded ship/vehicle you ordered listed within that pledge.


Notes / Tips


If the email shows a different ship, it’s usually just the base pledge used for the upgrade. After claiming and expanding the pledge in My Hangar, your correct upgraded ship/vehicle will be visible.
