My Item Has Not Yet Been Fulfilled or Delivered

Most orders are fulfilled immediately, but some purchases require manual fulfilment. In these cases, delivery to your Star Citizen account may take up to 24 hours.


Why There May Be a Delay


While a large percentage of orders are processed instantly, certain items or situations require a team member to 

complete fulfilment manually, which can cause a short delay.


What to Do Next


If you have successfully paid for your order and believe your item has not been fulfilled:


  1. Wait up to 24 hours from the time of payment (if your order is within this window).
  2. If it is still not delivered—or you believe something is wrong—contact our support team.


When Contacting Support, Include


To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:


  • Your Order ID
  • The item(s) you expected to receive


Notes / Tips


Manual fulfillment can take up to 24 hours. If you’ve paid and your items still haven’t arrived, contact support with your Order ID and expected items.
