I Received a “Ship Sent” Message, But Nothing Is in My Mailbox

Modified on Thu, 29 Jan at 12:51 PM

If you’ve received confirmation that your ship/item was sent but you don’t see the gifting email, it’s usually due to email delivery delays or spam filtering.

What to Check First

1) Wait a Few Minutes

In most cases, the gifting email appears in your inbox shortly after you receive the “sent” message. Occasionally, there may be server-side delays that slow delivery.

2) Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Many email providers flag RSI gifting emails as spam, so be sure to check:

  • Spam / Junk
  • Promotions / Updates tabs (if your provider uses them)

If You Still Don’t Receive the Email

In rare cases, an email provider may block the RSI gifting email entirely due to a global spam filter, meaning the email never reaches your mailbox (including spam).

What to Do If It’s Blocked

If you still can’t find the email, send us a short message and we will provide the gifting link using an alternative method, such as:

  • Sending the link to a different email address, or
  • Sending the link via eBay messages (if applicable)

This approach consistently resolves the issue.

Notes / Tips

Most missing gifting emails are caused by delays or spam filtering. Check spam/junk first, and if it’s still not there, contact us so we can resend the gifting link through an alternate delivery method.
