How do I sell my Star Citizen account to The Impound?

Sometimes you may need funds or decide you won’t be playing Star Citizen anymore. In those cases, The Impound offers an option for players to sell their Star Citizen account and receive a valuation.

If You Backed Within the Last 30 Days

If you are a new player and made your purchases within the last 30 days, we recommend contacting RSI Support directly to request a refund for items purchased through the RSI store.

How to Request a Valuation From The Impound

Use our online account-selling form to submit your request. Once submitted, we’ll review the details and provide an account valuation.

Information We Need

To provide an accurate valuation, the form will ask for:

• Name & Email
• RSI Handle
• Total Store Credit Value (not total spent)
• Items on the account

What to expect

Here is an overview if how the process will go:

• You send us the required Form
• Within 24-72h we send you an evaluation
• If you agree with our evaluation, we will provide instructions to verify your identity via secure certified verification platform, at which point you will send us your login info
• We will login to the account and verify the account and its contents and then send you a contract to accept
  
• Once the accepted contract is received by us we will pay the invoice and secure the account

If you’re within 30 days of backing, try RSI Support first. Otherwise, submit your account details through our form and we’ll provide a valuation based on your store credit value and account contents.
