Purchase Protection
When you make a purchase on our website, you are guaranteed to receive the correct item exactly as it was advertised.
If We Cannot Deliver
If we are unable to deliver your item, we will offer you either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
You can always choose which option you prefer.
Inventory Assurance
All items sold are delivered from our own inventory and are covered by our after-sale protection.
After-Sale Protection (Up to 6 Months)
In the extremely rare event that an issue occurs during delivery or within 6 months after delivery is completed, we will:
- Conduct an investigation, and
- If it is concluded that we are at fault, we will provide either:
- a full replacement,
- a full refund, or
- an upgrade to a better item (if an exact replacement is out of stock)
Star Citizen In-Game Changes Notice
Star Citizen is in early alpha and active development. Ships, vehicles, and items may be rebalanced, changed, or adjusted over time.
Because these changes and the game’s current state are controlled by the developer, we are not responsible for:
- balance changes to items
- in-game bugs or performance issues caused by the alpha state of the game
If You Experience In-Game Issues
If you encounter unusual item performance or persistent bugs, we recommend trying a character reset (per CIG’s standard troubleshooting steps).
Notes / Tips
