I have a pledge that contains a game pack and/or other items; will they be kept after I use an upgrade?

Yes, if your pledge includes a game package and/or other items, they are kept when you apply an upgrade (CCU).

What Changes When You Apply an Upgrade

When you use an upgrade:

• Only the ship in the pledge is changed
• Your game access, insurance, and any other included items remain the same

What Does Not Change

Applying an upgrade does not remove or alter:

• Game packages (Star Citizen and/or Squadron 42 access)
• Included equipment or bonuses
• Other pledge contents tied to that package

Notes / Tips

Upgrading only replaces the ship itself. Everything else in the pledge is retained.
