How do I get / receive my ship or item after I purchase it?

To deliver your purchased ship/item, we only need an active email address where you can receive a confirmation message. This email address does not need to match the email associated with your RSI account.


What You Need


  • Any active email address you can access (it can be different from your RSI account email)
  • Access to your RSI account login


Redemption Steps


  1. Provide an active email address during checkout or when requested.
  2. Complete your purchase/payment.
  3. Check your email for a message containing a redemption link.
  4. Redeem the item by doing one of the following:
    • Click the link, or
    • Copy and paste the link into your browser
  5. Log into your RSI account when prompted (or ensure you are already logged in).
  6. Once redeemed, the ship/item will be attributed to your RSI account automatically.


Notes / Tips


  • Make sure you are logged into the correct RSI account before redeeming.
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder and verify the email address provided was correct.
