To deliver your purchased ship/item, we only need an active email address where you can receive a confirmation message. This email address does not need to match the email associated with your RSI account.
What You Need
- Any active email address you can access (it can be different from your RSI account email)
- Access to your RSI account login
Redemption Steps
- Provide an active email address during checkout or when requested.
- Complete your purchase/payment.
- Check your email for a message containing a redemption link.
- Redeem the item by doing one of the following:
- Click the link, or
- Copy and paste the link into your browser
- Log into your RSI account when prompted (or ensure you are already logged in).
- Once redeemed, the ship/item will be attributed to your RSI account automatically.
Notes / Tips
- Make sure you are logged into the correct RSI account before redeeming.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder and verify the email address provided was correct.
