If you have purchased a CCU'd ship or vehicle from us, you will see in the gifting email from CIG that it shows the base ship/pledge. This is the token used to then upgrade to the ship that you ordered, and is simply a quirk of the RSI Gifting System. When you select CLAIM GIFT, go to your My Hangar page on the RSI website, look for this pledge (It may be several pages back, not necessarily at the front) and expand it. Vwala! Your new ship/vehicle is present.
