Not every ship can be obtained through an upgrade (CCU). While many ships and vehicles have upgrade paths available, some limited ships do not have upgrades that allow you to upgrade into them.
Why Some Ships Can’t Be Upgraded Into
Certain ships are classified as limited or otherwise restricted, meaning they are not offered as standard upgrade options. As a result, there may be no CCU/upgrade path available to reach them from another pledge.
