The Impound Loyalty Program rewards our VIP customers with points, tiers, and exclusive perks as you shop. The more points you earn, the more rewards you unlock.

How It Works

• You collect points when you shop on The Impound.
• Points contribute toward tiers.
• Each new tier unlocks additional rewards, including coupons for specific items.

How to Join and Access the Loyalty App

1. Visit any page on The Impound website.
2. Click the Loyalty widget in the bottom-left corner to open the Loyalty app  

• Sign up for the program
• View your points, tiers, and rewards
• Refer a friend to get $5 off your next order

Redeeming Tier Rewards

With each tier, you unlock a coupon for a reward item.

To redeem:

1. Copy the coupon code from the Loyalty app.
2. Apply it at checkout to receive the eligible product for free.

Checking Eligible Items

To see exactly which items are included:

1. Open the Loyalty app
2. Go to “VIP Status”
3. Click each tier to view the specific reward for that tier
